Delete Your Flyloops Account
We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your Flyloops account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email to craig@pixeljet.co
- Use the subject line: "Delete my Flyloops account"
- Send the email from the same address you used to register your Flyloops account
- We will process your request within 30 days
What data will be deleted:
- Your account and login credentials
- All catch records and fishing sessions
- Photos attached to your catches
- Personal bests and statistics
- Session briefing history
- Any promo codes or subscription data
Note: If you have an active subscription, please also cancel it through Google Play to avoid future charges. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription with Google.
